ABOUT...

Harley Axelrod, J.D.

Founder,  24th Letter Strategic Growth Partnerships

With more than 20 + years in a highly visible career involving complex multi-million dollar and multi-channel global business development, sales and management consulting, Harley formed 24th Letter Strategic Growth Partnerships as a result of the changing world of service providers and the needs of those considering using highly complex products and services.

For service providers, seeing increasingly long sales cycles, uncertainty in hiring and managing effective sales teams, pressure to ramp revenues and expand offerings into new channels, the need for a more strategic approach to growth became evident.

For clients, vendor selection and management has increasingly become risker as pressure to focus on core competencies, cut operating costs efficiently, compete strategically with global competitors is felt from management and investors.

Harley recognizied the value of applying years of experience in management consulting, law and global sales hunting to help both service providers and clients quickly grow their businesses through strategic Alliances and Partnerships, Mergers and Acquisitions, and through a lower risk 'Value Discovery' approach to direct sales.

Holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism from Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Communications, a  Juris Doctorate Degree in Law from The John Marshall Law School of Chicago as well as Graduate Studies credits in Information Technology.

In addition to roles in sales, business, law and management consulting, Harley served in key management business development roles as Vice President of SITEL, Senior DIrector of The Patent Board, Vice President Banking Financial Services Practice Lead for Aegis Global, and as Senior Director of BPO / KPO Financial Services Business Development for Syntel.

"..rarely do you find a leader who places such a strong emphasis on character development and life-values, who allow these things to guide their business decisions.  This is someone that I trust explicitly ... I don't offer this recommendation lightly or often..
